LSU Basketball Faces Their Final Road Test at Texas A&M 7:00 SEC Network
LSU (17-10, 8-8 SEC) will travel to Texas A&M (17-12, 7-9 SEC) Wednesday in their final regular season road trip. The aggies are 4-4 in conference games at the Reed Arena this season. The tigers meet the Aggies in the Reed Arena for the first time since 2008.
Texas A&M is led in scoring by senior guard Elston Turner who averages 18 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game. Freshman guard Alex Caruso leads the team in assists with 3.5 per game. He has 5.1 points per game and 3.2 rebounds. Sophomore forward Kourtney Robinson leads the team in rebounds with 6.9 per game while adding 6.7 points per game. Junior guard Fabyon Harris averages 11.8 points per game, 2.2 rebounds per game, and 1.3 assists per game. The aggies are fresh of a 74-56 win at home over South Carolina.
LSU is coming off a loss at Missouri in which they started fast but in the end fell to the tigers of Missouri 89-76. Saturday Anthony Hickey scored 22 points to lead the team while Johnny O’Bryant III had 8 rebounds and Charles Carmouche led the tigers with 5 assists.
