LSU finished with one of their higher point totals of the year.  Justin Hamilton once again led the tigers with 23 points and 16 rebounds.  Forward Storm Warren was a key to the win as well in scoring 15 points and pullling down 11 rebounds.  Other players to score in double fiures were Guard Anthony Hickey who had 12 points and guard Andre Stringer with 10.  The tigers took off from the start with an early run which helped them to a 44-24 halftime lead.  The tigers continued thier solid defense in the second half to ensure their first SEC win.

LSU will next travel to Tuscaloosa to visit the Crimson Tide Wednesday in another SEC contest.

Storm Warren led all scorers with 15 points.  He also had 4 rebounds to follow up his impressive performance in the win over Marquette earlier in the week.  Justin Hamilton had 14 points and 9 rebounds.  Gaurd Chris Jones led North Texas with 15 points and 5 rebounds.  The Tigers will next face Grambling in the Pmac next Thursday.

The Tigers used a tenacious defense throughout the game and especially late.  Justin Hamilton hit some key free throws down the stretch to keep th pesky Golden Eagles from stealing the game late.  Ralson Turner led all scorers with 22 points as the Tigers won surely their biggest game to date.
