LSU took the lead early and slowly increased it as the first half progressed.  The tigers led 33-24 at the break.   In the second half Tennessee made things tough as they kept the game tight.  The second half was a battle.  Justin Hamilton made a play on defense that gave  the tigers the last shot in regulation but it was a waisted opportunity.  Tennessee and LSU fought into the final minute but the Volunteers pulled out the road win.

Tennessee was led by Jarnell Stokes with 18 points and 7 rebounds.  LSU was led by Justin Hamilton with 17 points and 9 rebounds.  The tigers will finish out the regular season at Auburn.
