#8 LSU Baseball Edged By Auburn 4-3; Saturday Game Set for 3:00

The LSU tigers fell at Auburn in a heart breaker 4-3.  LSU is ranked #2 in the SEC and comes into Saturday’s game with a 17-5, 2-2 SEC record.  The team is down 0-1 in the series and needs a victory today to even things up.  The LSU tigers will go with sophomore right hander  Ryan Eades on Saturday, and with freshman right hander Aaron Nola on Sunday.  The Saturday game starts at 3:00.

The Auburn tigers are 14-8, 3-1 and are well known for their movement on the bases.  Auburn leads the SEC in steals and are also tied with South Carolina in bunts (22).
