#2 LSU Baseball Hosts Tulane at 6:30; Cox Sports Television
LSU (37-4) fresh off winning 2 out of 3 games in Tuscaloosa over the crimson tide have a chance to host Tulane (20-20) Wednesday night before taking on the highly ranked South Carolina gamecocks in a key SEC series this weekend. LSU’s 37-4 record is the best 41 game start in school history. The tigers are four games ahead of Arkansas in the SEC western division and are behind Vanderbilt by one game for the overall SEC lead. LSU has won 19 of its last 21 games.
Junior right-hander Kurt McCune is expected to take the mound for the tigers vs the green wave.
