LSU at Missouri for The First Time 3:00 SEC Network
For the first time ever, LSU will travel to Missouri to face the tigers at the Mizzou Arena in Columbia, Missouri. The Missouri tigers are 20-8,9-6 SEC while the LSU tigers come in at 17-9, 8-7 SEC. For the first time all season LSU has an SEC record over .500 and are one of the hottest teams in the conference. They are also looking to go on a three game win streak but Missouri will have something to say about that. The Missouri tigers have not lost at home this year. That includes a 63-60 win over the #5 ranked Florida gators on February 19th.
Missouri is led by Sophomore guard Jabari Brown who averages 14.5 points per game, 3.7 rebounds per game, and 1.4 assists per game. Senior forward Alex Oriakhe leads the team in rebounding with 8.6 per game and also averages 10.8 points per game. Junior guard Phil Pressey leads the team in average assists with 7.1 per game and also averages 12 points and 3 rebounds per game.
LSU is led by Johnny O’Bryant III with 13.6 points per game, 8.7 rebounds per game, and 1.7 assists per game. Anthony Hickey has 11.5 points per game, 3.5 rebounds per game, and 4 assists per game. Shavon Coleman has 10.8 points per game and 6.4 rebounds per game. Charles Carmouche averages 10.1 points per game, 4.2 rebounds per game, and 3.4 assists per game.
