The LSU baseball team (14-3) will find out alot about how their pitching and hitting will stack up against SEC opponents when they face Mississippi State (14-5).  Even though this will be both the tigers and bulldogs first SEC weekend the teams will be looking forward to learning from one another and getting a feel for the early conference season.

Sophomore right hander Kevin Gausman (4-0, 1.32 ERA) will start Friday’s game, sophomore right hander Ryan Eades (3-1, 2.13 ERA) will start Saturday, and freshman right hander Aaron Nola (3-0, 1.80 ERA) will start Sunday.
