NewsLSU Recieves the #7 National Seed! The Tigers will Host #4 seed UL Monroe Friday at 7 (CST & ESPN3)
The LSU baseball team recieved the #7 national seed from the NCAA. The tigers host the Baton Rouge Regional which will be opposite the Miami regional. On Friday the tigers will open the Baton Rouge regional against the tournaments #4 seed UL-Monroe. On the opposite side of the Baton Rouge regional Belmont the #3 seed will face a very scrappy #2 seed Oregon State.
The Baton Rouge regional will begin Friday at 2:00 and will feature Oregon State vs Belmont. The tigers will play in the night contest which begins at 7:00 vs UL Monroe.
