Missouri may apply to the SEC after board meetings on Wednesday & Thursday.  The word is the SEC has already shown that there are enough votes from the 12 school presidents to vote in the Missouri Tigers.   The Tigers have agreed to be placed into the SEC East.  Their permanent opponent from the western division would probably be Arkansas or LSU.  Arkansas’s permanent opponent now is South Carolina and LSU’s is Florida.  The only things in real doubt is whether Missouri will be able to leave the Big 12 in time to be part of the SEC in 2012.
